January’s Charcuterie Club

January’s charcuterie box will be available for pick up Jan 24-28, and will feature a black truffle pate grandmere, wrapped in prosciutto, paired with Quickes bandaged cheddar and August Kesseler 2019 R Kabinett Riesling (Rheingau). The accompaniments will include apple butter, pickled celery root, citrus marmalade, rosemary mustard & bread.

*The charcuterie club is a monthly changing selection of cheese and charcuterie, along with wine and accoutrements. The charcuterie will feature a monthly changing house made pâtè, terrine, rillete, or sausage, with the occasional salami by one of our favorite producers. Each monthly charcuterie will be paired with a cheese and a bottle of wine and accompanied by accoutrements- crackers, jams, pickles, mustards, etc. You can sign up monthly and the cost will vary between $70-$95/per month. Or you can sign up for a subscription of 3 ($210), 6 ($399- a 5% discount)) or 12 ($756- a 10% discount) months. We cannot ship these at this time and they are only available for pick up.
