April’s Charcuterie Club

April’s charcuterie box gets its inspiration from Easter, and will feature a lamb and lavender terrine. It will be paired with Artikaas Hay There Gouda Cheese with lavender and thyme, Skinner Syrah wine, and accompanied by anchovy mustard, poached dried figs, spicy honey & lemon mint jelly, pickled beets and bread. The price will be $80. Cut off for ordering will be April 20, and pick up will be April 26-30.

The charcuterie club is a monthly changing selection of cheese and charcuterie, along with wine and accoutrements. The charcuterie will feature a monthly changing house made pâtè, terrine, rillete, or sausage, with the occasional salami by one of our favorite producers. Each monthly charcuterie will be paired with a cheese and a bottle of wine and accompanied by accoutrements- crackers, jams, pickles, mustards, etc. You can sign up monthly and the cost will vary between $70-$95/per month. Or you can sign up for a subscription of 3 ($210), 6 ($399- a 5% discount)) or 12 ($756- a 10% discount) months. We cannot ship these at this time and they are only available for pick up.
