• Thanksgiving Turkeys now available for preorder

    We have sourced what we believe to be the best option for fresh, not frozen options. Green Circle from D'Atragnan ($6.50/lb) are raised by partner Amish farms in Pennsylvania Dutch Country and are Certified Humane. They are hormone and antibiotic free. They are broad-breasted white turkeys, ranging in size from 8-20# and are fresh. Turkey breasts will also be available for $12/lb. Please indicate your preferred size within the range you would like. If ordering online, don’t worry about the order date and time as the system will not go that far out. We will send out pick up instructions closer to the date, along with Thanksgiving side options.

  • Élevée Wine Dinner

    November 13 / 6 pm / 5 courses, 6 wines ($170/person)

    Join us for an evening celebrating Élevée Vineyard’s philosophy of elevating terroir through intention and balance. Each course is paired to highlight the distinct voices of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, culminating in two side-by-side Pinot Noir flights that reveal how site, soil, and vintage shape expression. Tom, the owner and winemaker, will be at the dinner to talk through all of the wines.

    Join us as Andy Hatch, owner and cheesemaker of Uplands Farm, a small farmstead creamery nestled in the rolling Driftless hills of southern Wisconsin, guides us through his philosophy and cheeses. This four-course dinner, paired with wine, celebrates the craftsmanship of Uplands Cheese and its expressions of the land, the herd, and the hands that craft them.
